Bobcats suffer district loss, still have chance at playoffs

The Sebastopol Bobcats faced the Vardaman Rams last Friday night in a district game. The Bobcats entered the game coming off a big win against the Hamilton Lions and looking to make it two wins in a row. On the road Sebastopol couldn’t get anything going on offense and was unable to get on the scoreboard through four quarters.







Bobcats stomp Ethel

The Sebastopol Bobcats regrouped from the previous weeks’ losses to earn their first conference win last Friday night by beating the Ethel Tigers at home. The win ended Sebastopol two-game losing streak and the team looks to build on this win moving forward.




Sebastopol gives Mooney first win

The Sebastopol Bobcats defended their home turf and gave Coach Nicky Mooney his first victory by shutting out the Clarkdale Bulldogs 38-0 last Friday night. Even with the rain coming down, the Bobcat offense started hot with 14 unanswered first quarter points, and neither the rain nor the Bulldog defense was able to slow the offense down.
