The Lackey Hospital Auxiliary will meet Thurs., March 14 at 10 a.m. in the Records Building just south of the main hospital building. Business will concern the $1,000 nursing scholarship we offer, plans for Chocolate Chip Cookie Day when we take cookies to hospital employees. We also donate magazines for the waiting rooms. The Scott County Sheriff’s Dept. Annual Golf Tournament will be held on April 13 beginning at 8:00 a.m. at the Forest Country Club. The cost is $180 per 3-man team and entry consists of a lunch for each person. Three mulligans per team can be purchased the day of the tournament for $5 each. Forest Community Head Start is registering 3 and 4 year-old children for the upcoming school year. Your child must be 3 or 4 on/or before September 1, 2019. Registration hours are: Monday - Friday : 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. In the event that you need to come later, please call the center to make an appointment. You will need to bring the following documents: Child's Birth Certificate, Child's 121 Shot Record, Proof of Income for the previous 12 months (2018), Child's Insurance/Medicaid/CHIPS Card, Doctor's Statement of any Special Needs
