Delighted to learn that Edna Earle Gibson was discharged from the hospital last Wednesday and is now continuing her recuperation at home.
Mississippi’s Miss Hospitality wowed the folks recently visiting the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. Accompanying McKay Lee Bray from Hattiesburg were trip chaperone, Dr. Dee Dee Anderson, with the University of Southern Mississippi, and her daughter, Katelin. McKay Lee will be a pre-med Junior at Ole Miss this fall. Meeting them for lunch on the Estate last Wednesday was Loren Ormond McKibbens, who years ago, became Miss Hospitality of Mississippi, while representing her hometown of Forest. The Mississippi trio enjoyed their four day visit, exploring the Biltmore and all of Asheville and neighboring Black Mountain. McKay Lee relinquishes her crown In Hattiesburg later this month.
