The annual Scott County MHV Homemaker’s Fair was recently held at the Scott County Extension office. The program was sponsored Scott County MHV Homemakers and Scott County Extension.
Carolyn Macon, MHV Cluster Club won Blue and Sweepstakes on her knitted multi-colored scarf and won blue on her glass serving tray creation.
Beverly Lewis won Blue and Sweepstakes with her entry of Strawberry Fig Preserves.
Annie Brown won a blue and sweepstakes ribbon on her Fairy Garden entry in the miscellaneous division.
Helen Watkins from the Morton MHV won blue and sweepstakes on her Diamond dot painted Eagle Decoration and blue on her painted Turkey Door Hanger.
Paula Monk won blue and sweepstakes on her hand quilted quilt and sweepstakes on her homemade pickles and she also won blue on her canned green beans, strawberry jam, pepper jelly, hand embroidered dresser cloth and machine quilted quilt,
Frisky Roland from the MHV Morton Club won blue with her MSU Wall Hanging, and red on her Holiday Fall Arrangement.
Florence Measells won blue on a hand quilted baby quilt and a framed hanging quilt
