Grace and Accountability
“Those who wait for the Lord....shall change and renew their strength...they shall lift their wings and mount up (close to God) as eagles...they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.” Isaiah 40:31
Eagles do not fear or run from a storm, they allow the powerful wind currents to lift them above it. Nor do they waste time battling with other birds. When attacked, they simply mount up higher, soaring easily above their enemies. When we grow weary of struggles and battles of our enemies, it is time for us “to learn how to fly.”
Allow God to teach us how to fly above our problems. Be determined to know Him and the power of His resurrection. We will discover that when we are soaring close to the heart of God, we can face whatever comes without growing tired or weary.
Our prayer requests names: May Hunt, Juanita Banks, Mary Smith, Ms. Jennifer Pope’s father, Betty Nell White, Cahmari White, Joe Townsend, Linda Parrott, Phyllis Nicholson, Ethel Taylor, Ernestine Bobbitt, Ethel Coleman, JoAnn Graffenread, Bobby Joe Harrison, Elaine Thomas, Betty Lyles, John Lee Evans, Annie Lee, and all their caregivers.
We continue to pray for the comfort and peace of those families going through the valley of sorrow.
As many of you may know, earlier this year my sister was very ill and but by the grace of God and much prayer she is back to herself, but she lost a lot of weight and it is not coming back. So she has decided to have a Yard Sale of her dresses, suits, pants suits, and many other things that are practically new.
“Not everyone is given the same opportunities. But everyone is responsible for what they are give'”.
There is a season of Grace and a season of accountability!!!!
