TELL CONGRESS: “VOTE NO on the Durban-Marshall credit card bill!! Washington’s politicians are trying to pass a bill that would defund data security and take away American’s cash back credit rewards and points — all to fund retailer’s for companies like Walmart. It would, not only open up to more identify theft and fraud, but it comes at a time when inflation is soaring and American’s are relying on cash back rewards to make ends meet.”
We women are being constantly plagued with ads for expensive products to erase wrinkles, to erase our age. Those lines on our face: Some are from years of laughing with people we love; some are from worrying about the children we call our own; some are of summer days we spent at the beach; some are from people we’ve lost. All are evidence of a life well lived. So, when we look in the mirror, we can see our age reflecting back at us. You know, I’m good with that.
No one in this world is perfect. If you avoid people for their mistakes, you will be alone in this world. So, judge less and love more.
Note: How to fall safely? Every year, 36 million falls are reported among people over age 65! Most people trip and fall. Sideways fall: Bend your knees, tuck your chin and keep your head lifted, allow yourself to go limp and collapse unto the bottom side of your thigh; then roll onto your torso and upper back, don’t plant your arm down when landing as you could break your shoulder, elbow or wrist; Don’t jump up and let anybody know immediately until you’r o.k; if you pop right up, you may fall again.

Presley’s Ads must have got a lower rate because his Ads flooded the airways!
Update on my new Barndominium home. Builder started last Monday and by Thursday they were putting insulation and roof on, but lack a little on backside as Friday brought rain, so no work. Praying for better weather and that I get more packing accomplished.

When you are reading this on Wednesday, there will only be 20 calendar days until Christmas. In my book, it will seem like about another week. Time needs to slow down!
