Easter was wonderful
Resurrection Sunday was really beautiful. Pastor Wesley Griffin’s message came from Luke 24:1-12. Everyone had a wonderful time in Sunday School taught by Brother Tom Wilson then enjoying the Continental Breakfast, before joining in the sanctuary for the regular morning service.
Do not forget the Century Family Reunion this year. It will be the first time held since before the Pandemic. It will be held in Houston, Texas on June 24, 25th and 26th. The Greers and Wilson will be hosting the reunion this year.

Enjoyed the weekend on the coast. Marty, Leslie, Nathalie, Alexiah and Xhavier spent the weekend on the coast sightseeing and eating. The Aquarium was a wonderful sight to behold. All of the water animal swimming around was a sight to behold to Xhavier. Enjoyed the seafood at different restaurants. On Saturday we enjoyed the food at a well-known Puerto Rican Restaurant. The food was good and according to Nathalie who is Puerto Rican it was truly Puerto Rican tasting food.

Sympathy to the Bustin and Sorey Families in the passing of long time attorney and municipal judge Jerry Bustin. Jerry was well known for his black pants and white shirt, and a black dress coat when he needed a coat. Never saw him in any other colored suit. As he aged, he became a writer by choice. He was an early riser, many times I would meet him before my going to work to discuss some issues. He could be a good friend as well as a good attorney. He will truly be missed.
