Scott Central Homecoming is Sept. 17
The Scott Central Rebels continued their winning record with the defeat of Morton on Thursday night with a final score of 41-7. Scott Central will travel to Newton County this Friday with plans to add another win to their record.
Scott Central Homecoming is scheduled for September 17th when we will host Sweet Water, AL. The Homecoming Court was selected by students this week. The Freshmen Maids are Liberty Fortenberry, Ybreka Lewis, Mallori Thompson and Amber Tucker. The Sophomore Maids are Karis Bobbitt, Kevonnia Butler, Hannah Grace Horton and Lamiyah Lewis. Representing the Junior Class will be Leann Brown, Tabitha McDaniel, Kiara Reed and Danny Warren. The Senior Maids chosen by their classmates are Zykerra Kincaid, Chryselynn Martin, Olivia Triplett and Jessie Reiss.
From the Senior Maids, the Homecoming Queen will be chosen by vote of the entire high school student body and the Football Queen will be chosen by the varsity football team. The court will be presented and the queens will crowned during during half-time. Make plans now to come home to SC to visit the campus and your formers classmates, teachers and friends.
We enjoyed having Dr. Robin Brumfield visit our church and bring the message on Sunday morning. The Men’s Ministry breakfast, for male of all ages, will be held next Sunday beginning at 8:00 a.m.
