Welcome J.P. Tucker
On Sunday, March 4, 2018, Pastor Timothy Croff’s message was delivered from the book of Isiah, chapter 60 verse 1. His subject, “Neighbor get up.” Reverend Buckley performed Responsive Reading. The Lone Pilgrim church family welcomed in a new member, Brother J. P. Tucker.
Sunday afternoon, Pastor Croff and the Lone Pilgrim Church family assisted Sylvester UME Church with their annual spring revival kick off services. Pastor Croff’s message came from Matthew, Chapter 12, verses 36 and 37, subject: “You can change your life”.
The Lone Pilgrim Usher board and church family worshiped with New Bethel M.B. Church during their annual Usher Board program. Reverend Perry Fletcher, Greater New Friendship in Brandon MS, brought forth the message for this joyous occasion. Reverend Fletcher’s text came from St. Luke, Chapter 14 and the 11th verse. Subject: “Doing what others won’t”.
Sympathy goes out to all of the bereaved families throughout the community. We are also praying for all of the sick and shut in within our church family and community. Please remember all of the elderly, in and throughout the community.
