Womens’s Day Service is May 27
On Sunday, May 6, 2018, Pastor’s Croff message was delivered from the book of Romans, chapter 8 verse 37. His subject, “I am more than a conqueror.” Reverend Buckley read the Responsive Reading and provided Words of Encouragement. The text for Words of Encouragement were delivered from the book of Luke, Chapter 11 and verse 4, topic: Forgiveness.
Upcoming events: Lone Pilgrim will celebrate its annual Women’s Day program on Sunday, May 27th. Sister Janie Buckley will be the guest speaker for this special occasion.
A benefit program will be held for Bro. J. P. Tucker on May 19th.
The Lone Pilgrim church family fellowshipped with New Bethel M. B. Church on Sunday, May 6, 2018, to help celebrate their annual Women’s Day program.
Sympathy goes out to all of the bereaved families throughout the community. Special sympathies are extended the Reed family during the loss of their father, Lee Joe Reed and brother, Joseph Reed. We are also praying for all of the sick and shut in within our church family and community. Please remember all of the elderly, in and throughout the community.
