By JOSIE GAMMAGE,

Happy 100th birthday to Ruby Lee Kincaid

Sunday morning message was delivered by our pastor, Timothy Croff, from Daniel 3rd Chapter 4, verses 16,17, and 18. Subject: “What the Enemy Meant to Destroy You, God will Turn it Around and Bring You Through It..”  Rev. Jimmy Dale White officiated Altar Prayer. Responsive Reading was done by Rev.  Timothy Croff.

Thought for the Week…. “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.” I Corinthians 2:9.  Just remember that your best is yet to come!

Encouraging words were given by Sister Ella Bradford, “Control Your Speech.”   Several members from Lone Pilgrim attended the Graduation Ceremony for Rev. and Sister George Dotson.

Commencement Services were held at Midway School of Ministry, Midway Freewill Baptist Church on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.  Our very own, Sister Charlene Dotson was the Distinguished Honor Graduate of the 2019 graduating class.

Our Annual Fall Revival will begin the Fourth Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Lone Pilgrim. Homecoming Service will begin immediately following Morning Service. Pastor Perry Fletcher, pastor of Greater New Friendship in Brandon, MS will deliver the evening message.

Weekly Revival Services will begin, Monday August 26th – Friday, August 30th starting at 7:00 p.m. nightly.  Pastor Chris Thompson, pastor of Pleasant Valley M. B.
