Children of God
In the Christian world we used to say that we are children of God because at some point we accept Jesus Christ as our Savior and follow the Gospel. In theory that separates us from non-believers because we are no longer children of the world, however with the things that happen every day in society, it has become increasingly difficult to distinguish differences. Reality shows us that there is a majority of human beings who are not willing to give unless they can receive.
Everyone who has read the Holy Scriptures must have learned that Jesus Christ throughout His earthly life always did good without receiving anything in return, and that He did not make sense of people either. In our society in general, including the Christian, many make respect for people by the mere fact of external appearance, which does not match what should be a Christian testimony. Many have forgotten the meaning of Jesus’ humility, so without it we do not become a good disciple of Him. “My brothers, show no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory. For if a man wearing a gold ring and fine clothing comes into your assembly, and a poor man in shabby clothing also comes in, and if you pay attention to the one who wears the fine clothing and say, “you sit here in a good place.” while you say to the poor man, “you stand over there,” or, “Sit down at my feet,” have you then made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts?” James 2:1-4 ESV
The children of the world can boast each other and falsely take pride in what they have or possess. Currently the technological world is leading humanity to be driven by artificial intelligence. In the near future the new generations will face a reality where decisions will require a transformation of reason. It will be a revolutionary change when decisions will face implications that are the fruit or product of artificial intelligence and not of God’s love and desire for men. A child of God believes in the Father, in the Son and in the Holy Spirit. And if that son has really understood the message of Christ and gives terstimony, it means that the Holy Spirit dwells in him. That’s because our faith is not just an act of understanding but a work of heart. “For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so also faith apart from works is dead.” James 2:26 ESV
We are always receiving from God. It is time for everyone to understand that giving God and others must be the testimony our lives give, and thus never reach the moment when a computer or an artificial intelligence device decides for us.
