SC Junior High team also on a winning streak
Thomas and Dr. Locord Wilson spent Thomas’s 70th birthday in the great city of Boston, Massachusetts then flew to New York for further sightseeing. One of the great sights was the Presidential Libraries. She returned with many different cards, that she shared with the participants of the Sunday School Workshop.
Thomas Wilson commented, “If I had known my 70th birthday would be as wonderful as this one has been, I would be rushing to get there. I have had a wonderful 70th Birthday celebration.” He stated that he received two cards that were astonishing and memorable. He usually keep his cards in a stack but these two he wants to keep them up, so he can read them daily, if he wants too.
Prayers are sent up for Chenelle McBeath, who is in St. Dominic Hospital. Her husband carried her to the emergency room on last Saturday. Keep remembering this fighter of cancer in your prayers. She is a very astonishing, kind-hearted and overall a great person. Jerry until the end of my time, “Well done, good and faithful servant. Your vows are etched in unbreakable stone concerning Chenelle’s life story.”
Scott Central Football team is still unbeaten, so therefore Midway is celebrating one of its coaches, Deacon Tevin Nickols and some players, Colby Banks, Jody Matheny, Jr. and Dejerrious Black.
Scott Central Jr. High Football team is also on a winning streak. Terrence McClendon, Thomas McClendon, Jakoby Anderson, Jeremiah Lyles, Martavious Reed, Jeremiah Hicks, Dewayne Cox, Temarion Williams and Nate Hardy are on the Jr. High team.
Scott Central Band members who played in the Band contest at Copiah Academy are: Kaysha Banks, Dewayne Cox, Justin McBeath and Martez Nickols.
