Denise Christian is closing out her second edition of the Odom, Stowers, Slays, and others family tree book. She will send the second addition to the press by the second week in October.
Midway M. B. Church Mission Sunday is the 4th Sunday during regular service. Every one is invited to attend.
Sympathy to the Odom and Owens family in the passing of Johnny Lewis “Shug” Owens. He was eulogized on last Sunday at Midway Freewill Baptist Church. His interment was in the Chockie and Cora Odom Private Family Cemetery. Mapp Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
