Dr. Emma York, local self published author, will be present for a Book Signing/ Power Point presentation of her recent book “Reflections on Prose and Poetry” during the Adult Coffee Hour on Friday, February 21st from 10-11 a.m. Everyone is invited/encouraged to attend, refreshments will be served. The signed book is available for $10 with proceeds going to Tugaloo University.
Morton MHV Club will meet at Morton Public Library on Wednesday, February 5 beginning at 1 p.m. Rev. Shelia Cumbest, Pastor of Morton United Methodist Church will be the speaker for the program. Everyone is invited to attend.

Scores of family members, and friends both local residents and many from out of town gathered to honor Becky Eichelberger on the occasion of her 80th Birthday. Defying her age both in energy and appearance, she really enjoyed being surrounded by those who have ment a great deal to her through the years.
