Congratulations to: Those representing Morton MHV Club who won award ribbons a the annual Homemakers Fair. They are Bobbie Hodges for the yarn crochet category-Adult Afghan-Blue Ribbon and Sweepstakes Award; Frisky Roland for fine thread crochet category-Small Basket-Blue Ribbon and Sweepstakes Award, Fine thread crochet category-Book Mark-Blue Ribbon award and Holiday Decoration-Easter Arrangement-Blue Ribbon Award. There will be congratulations to other Scott County residents who entered exhibit items and the subsequent awards for their entries in a future issue of the news. Sweepstakes entries are eligible to advance to the Mississippi State Fair.

Delores White Davis of Florida is in town visiting with family and friends as she plans an extended time with her mother, Mary Helen White, in order to tend her needs as she recuperates from some health issues.
