Announcements: EXCEL Learning Center, 383 South fourth Street, will offer a CPR/AED Heartsaver Class on Saturday, February 2 at 9 a.m.-12 noon. Designed for persons planning to become certified in CPR or renewing their CPR certification. Sister Pat Clemen RN, BSN will be the instructor and the fee for the class is $35 due by January 25th. Master Gardener Training is available through MSU Extension Service, via interactive video at the Scott County Extension office, 230 South Davis Street, Forest, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 p.m.-5 p.m. beginning on February 19-March 28. The fee for the course is $100 due by January 28.
