Announcements: Pilgrim Rest M.B. Church will be in revival August 6-9, 2018, services will begin each night at 7:00 p.m. Sunday August 5, 2018 services will start at 6:00 p.m.
Rev. Melvin Hendrick of Meridian will be the speaker for the week.
MT. Olive’s Fall revival will be August 12-16, 2018 with services starting at 7:00 p.m. nightly. Sunday night at 6:00 p.m. Rev. Marcus McDougle of Pleasant Hill M.B. Church will be the speaker on August 12, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
Rev. Marcus McDougle will be the evangelist for New MT. Calvary Revival August 13-17, 2018.
Pleasant Hill M.B. Church Annual Fall Revival will begin August 19-23, 2018. Sunday evening Rev. Ralph James will speak at 6:00 p.m. Monday night speaker will be Rev. Charles Bell, Tuesday and Wednesday night speaker will be Rev. Eric Jones, Thursday night speaker will be Rev. Ralph James. Services will begin each night at 7:00 p.m.

Food For Thought: We know that Jesus is inviting us to the banquet. Will we come are will we make up excuses. In order to enter God’s Kingdom, we must except the invitation. The invitation is open to all. If we choose not to accept the invitation then our choice is confirmed, and we will never taste the joys of Heaven. Contrary to what many believe. God is a just God. We recognize that Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people that includes everyone who simply believes and accepts Jesus as his or her personal Savior.
