110 Year Church Anniversary
Announcements: The Scott County District Laymen’s Association will be meeting on November 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Location Scott County District Association Building.
Woman and Matron Day will be held at MT. Carmel M.B. Church on November 11, 2018. The afternoon service will begin at 1:00 p.m. The speaker will be First Lady Shakira Bell. There will be a Woman and Matron Luncheon at 11:00 a.m. speaker will be Carol Scott. Colors are orange and white Theme for both occasions “Be Encouraged.”
Family and Friends Day at Christian Triumph M.B. Church will be November 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Also, November 5th will begin their Annual Fall Revival, Services will begin at 7:15 nightly. Rev. Ava Harvey will be the speaker.

On Sunday October 28, 2018 the Pleasant Hill Church family worshipped with Pleasant Gift M.B. Church in their 110-year Church Anniversary. Pleasant Gift M.B. Church was founded in 1908 in Scott County, in the Branch Community under the leadership of Rev. Clarence Buckner. Rev. Marcus McDougle delivered the message Dig Deeper text taken from Matthew 7:24-27 RSV.
