The public is invited to attend the Dr. Martin Luther King Day celebration on January 21, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at the Excel Learning Center. Pastor Marvin McLaurin, MT. Zion, Lake will provide the message for the evening.

Food For Thought: The plight of crawdads reminds me how destructive we are to one another always pulling each other down. Crawdads never let each other get out of the bucket, once one gets to the top they are pulled back down. Let’s try to help one another and stop pulling each other down. When someone is down let’s reach out a hand and help those who are down. Kindness is pulling someone up after they’ve been knocked down.
Once we realize that every platform belongs to God then we’ll stop being selfish and help open doors for others.
