MT. Carmel M.B. Church Choir Day will be February 10, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.
On January 27, 2019 it was standing room only at MT. Moriah M.B. Church for the first year Anniversary of Pastor Ralph James & First Lady Sharmelitta James. Mistress of Ceremony Sis Pamela Banks was awesome. All Hands on Deck MT. Moriah. I enjoyed the fellowship.

The Women Auxiliaries were in charge of the 4th Sunday Fellowship at the Scott County District Association on January 27, 2019. “Stepping into your Season” was expounded on by First Lady Marcia Stingley. Each Church was represented. Excellent program.
Food For Thought: Do you remember as a child when you had to attend church all the time with your family, and you went because you were told too, not given a choice?
The old hymns were being song like “The Lord is on our side.” At the time the words to that song were just words. But as you grew into adulthood the words take on a different meaning. You realize the world is tough and life can sometimes be difficult to swallow, you welcome the words The Lord is on our side. When we go through our storms, we sometimes forget that the Lord is truly on our side.
