Food For Thought: We have girl trips, sister trips, cousins’ trips etc. Most of us don’t make vacations a priority. We see them as a privilege and not a right. Regular vacations can promote positive mental health, physical well-being, and higher productivity at work.
Several reason for taking a girl trip is to recharge, reconnect, wellness, new experiences and of course fun. If we wait until we’re ready we’ll be waiting for the rest of our life. So, let’s get ready for that trip.
