Wonderful time of the year
“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for He shall save His people from their sins. Now this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by a prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. (Matthew 1:18-23)
I pray that each one will realize this time of year is our celebration of the coming of our savior, Jesus Christ! We get caught up in the gift buying and tend to forget the “real reason for the season!”

The Bible says laughter is good medicine. “Laughter is to life what shock absorbers are to a car. It doesn’t take the potholes out of the road, but it sure makes the ride easier!”
A man and his wife had been married for 53 years when the wife said to her husband, “You never tell me that you love me! Husband, “I told you I loved you when we got married and if anything thing changes I will let you know!” Later, the couple went out for a drive around town. A newly wed couple drove past them and the bride was sitting up so close to her husband the looked like they were glued together. The older wife told her husband, “I remember when we used to look like that, what changed?” He replied, “I haven’t moved.”
Son to Dad, “I want a car!” Dad, “Get a haircut!” Son, “But Jesus had long hair!” Dad, “Jesus walked everywhere!”
I love my country. I’m ashamed of my Government! The Democrats are trying to impeach our President for trying to expose a crime and then elect the person who committed the crime! Even if Trump doesn’t do any other thing during his presidency, keeping Hillary Clinton out of the office, he should get his face on Mt. Rushmore! It sure seems, to me, the Democrats keep digging a hole and throwing up the dirt, in hopes of getting to the top!
“It was the night before Christmas as I sat by the tree, wondering what Santa would bring just for me! Paint brushes, card stock and lace or a new sewing machine, I thought with a grin on my face.” Suddenly I saw him. “Hi Santa” I said. He snickered “good girls should be in bed.” “I know, I’ve been caught, but I was so excited to see what you brought.” “Well let’s take a look around the room where you work.” He shook his head quickly, then turned with a jerk. I heard him exclaim as he put it in gear. “You’ve got enough crap, I’ll see you next year!”
Christmas List: Spend $200 on groceries; 10 hours making dinner; food eaten in 20 minutes and then five hours to cleanup the mess!
I am so happy! You know your body hasn’t changed much when you still can fit into something you used to wear more than 10 years ago. I mean sure, it’s just a scarf, but you’ve got to stay positive!
Managing your weight around the holidays just requires a little planning. For example, I took the batteries out of my scales today!
Nissan has developed a golf ball that will find the hole every time, no matter how you strike it. It is called the Pro-Pilot, that’s designed to show-off technology and will help cars onto the highway semiautonomous. The golf ball is outfitted with sensors, a small motor, allowing it to find a hole every time, like a heat seeking missile and impressing your golfer friends. The catch is, it requires an overhead camera. So, the presence of a lurking drone might tip off others in your party and some of your less than honest play!

I don’t want much for Christmas, I just want the persons reading this to be healthy, happy and loved!
