Electronics Failures!
Last week presented many problems, starting off with Internet services not working! After getting it back up, nothing would connect. It first started the week prior when a day-old computer crashed and it just kept getting worse. When I got another new computer, I told the sales person, it should be against the law to sell computers to senior’s above 80 years old! Now still waiting to get other devices back on line! Pad and pencils are looking better every day!

A great time of fellowship, going down memory lane, and food was enjoyed by all!
Mother’s Day is next Sunday! I sincerely wish every Mother a God blessed day with family. Attending church is special on that day! Making those precious memories with family and remembering our Mother’s that have passed on too!
EBC News: Our 5th Sunday Communion (Lord’s Supper) was really special! Our Pastor, Chris Harrison, and twelve of our young men did a re-enactment of the Last Supper. They were dressed in the attire of the day of the event. Our thanks to all of them and our Pastor’s wife, Tanya Harrison, in directing this event. It took lot’s of time to get this production ready.

Janet and Harry Culpepper are the proud grandparent’s of a precious baby girl, Pepper Sophia Roberts, born to Stephanie and Alan Roberts. She was born on 5/2/18 weighing 9 lbs 6 oz. and 22 inches long. She has been welcomed home by brother’s Harrison and Catcher. I am a proud great-grandmother of this bundle of joy!
At an airline terminal recently, a flight in N.Y. was cancelled because of bad weather. The passengers were in line trying to get new arrangements. One passenger at the back of the line pushed his way to the counter. There was only one Agent working this event. He said, “I have to be on this flight and it has to be first class!” The Agent said, “sorry sir, but I have to get those passenger’s first!” This passenger said, “Do you have any idea who I am?” Without hesitating the Agent smiled and grabbed the public address microphone and said — “May I have your attention, please? We have a passenger here at Gate 14 who doesn’t know who he is. If anyone can help him, please come to Gate 14!”
(This hit me as being funny as I have witnessed about the same kind of incident only the Agent didn’t have the same response.)
Did you know that a Coke drink is said to be able to unstop a drain in a house? If it does that, what is doing to your stomach?
NBC stated on morning news that the bridal dress for the Royal Wedding cost $150,000! I am sure the designer of this dress must be laughing all the way to the bank! It was good to hear that it would be paid for by the groom’s family.
If God shuts a door quit banging on it! Whatever was behind it wasn’t meant for you! Consider the fact that He closed that door because He knows you are worth so much more!
Have a blessed week and to all Mothers — HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
