Sebastopol News

Come help pack the fruit baskets

Congratulations to all who had a part in planning a Small Town Christmas and to those who participated in any way. Sebastopol demonstrated how classy a small town can be. It was a wonderful evening and night beginning with the magnificent performance by the elementary and high school bands to the fireworks show. Thanks to Ms. Girling for all the work she does with the band program. Wonderful event — may there be many more.

Brother Randall Creel will bring the message Sunday, December 15,  at Salem Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Sunday school is at 9 a.m. and worship at 10 a.m. Everyone is invited to come and participate in church services.

Salem’s annual make the fruit baskets, soup/goodies fellowship, and ornament exchange will be at 3 p.m., Saturday, Dec.14, in the fellowship hall. Come help us pack the fruit basket and enjoy the food and fun to follow. Be sure to bring an ornament for exchange. It is always a lot of fun at this event. All are welcome.

Thought to ponder: “But love your enemies and be good to them.” You will receive a blessing!
