An extremely powerful Sunday at Salem
Sunday was a bonanza at Salem Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Adam Boykin conducting the morning worship hour. He had a powerful message and a challenge to the congregation.
The Reverend Lamar Jackson, formerly of this community, delighted the congregation with special music. When he brought the three large nails from his pocket during the song, many in the audience were on the verge of tears.
The evening message brought by Carol Madden reinforced the morning message and continued with a challenge to those present. April Madden brought a beautiful message in song.
All in all, an extremely powerful Sunday at Salem. Brother Randall Creel will fill the pulpit Sunday at 10 am. Everyone is invited to attend.
