Don’t give up
Good Morning/Evening!
“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ.” 1 Thess. 5:18
No matter what you face, God’s goodness and mercy will never leave you. He prepares blessings for us in the middle of difficult times. But these truths are not always easy to remember. Being grateful will help us focus on the only one who is able to turn our problems around for His glory and our good. We have to thank God for giving us the victory in Jesus Christ. So no matter what the future holds, we can shout for joy because of His presence. As we pray and wait for an answer, we should remember that a day to God is like a thousand years and a thousand years like a day. This very minute as you read this, He is working for His glory and our good. Although the circumstances may say otherwise, God is going to come through on His schedule, fulfilling His long-appointed plans for our lives. Don’t give up!
This is the last week in 2020 and I know it has been like riding an unruly wave; we never know how high or low it will go; but we do know that we are not riding alone. My hope is that as we enter into a New Year that we can leave the heaviness and distressing things in the hands of the All Mighty Father; and look to Him more passionately than ever. Draw on the strength that was gained from the journeys of life’s lessons of 2020 and move forward in Faith!
