I have been doing these articles for some time now. And when I first was approached with the idea, my response (to myself) was I don’t have time for that. But the idea became intriguing and then I thought about the ways I could use the article to promote ideas that were of interest or of concern of my church, myself and my community. I was reading back over my articles and I saw how my interest and priorities have shifted over the past two years. I am truly thankful for God allowing me to go through these different stages of life. And as I continue to grow in Christ, I want my article to reflect that. So, I thought to myself, how does an article full of dates reflect that (I’m my biggest critic)?
These dates provide opportunities for whomever may need it to have an opportunity to attend worship service or participate in a community event that will help with their mission or their journey with Christ. Thank you all for reading my article and the other Coffee Talk Articles. I have so many people that compliment me on the article and I just want to say thank you to all and I am so appreciative that you take the time out of your busy week to read our articles.
