Bo Scales of Brandon was in Forest last week and enjoyed visiting his hometown and seeing “old” friends and Forest High School classmates, including Tommy Lee.
Forest Rotarians enjoyed an outstanding program at their regular meeting last Wednesday. In recognition of Heart Month, Misha Craven, DNP, who is the cardiology nurse practioner at Lackey Memorial Hospital, was the speaker. She has recently been named as an Ambassador of the Mississippi Chapter of the American College of Cardiology. Rotarian Scott Palmer was the program chairman.
Jim McCormick of Atlanta, Georgia, was in Forest several days last week. The winter weather had kept him away longer than usual. Always good to have Jim in town!!
Allen and Mitzi Breland spent the weekend in Oxford and enjoyed having their grandsons Marty and Mac Breland of Memphis, Tennessee, with them.
Dr Jimmy and Sharon Hollingsworth were in Birmingham last weekend for Alabama Dental Alumni weekend where Jimmy met with the Alabama ADA delegation and gave a report from the ADA Board of Trustees. They enjoyed visiting with lots of their Alabama dental friends.
