Special Counsel won’t charge Biden in the classified document case, despite finding evidence that he “willfully” retained classified materials. This capped a year long investigation that loomed over the 2024 presidential election. Never-the-less through the whole investigation, counsel Hur painted a dim picture of the President as an elderly man with memory issues who does not remember when he finished his term as V.P. or when his son, Beau, died. “We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in the matter. That’s something Americans will have to consider in the November election.”
California based gas shipping company, Lamb Fuel Inc. is under fire for selling bad fuel to gas stations across the Golden State. According to the Ca. Dept. of Toxic Substances Control, old waste fuels were being siphoned from old wrecked car’s, illegally treated and sold. Now Lambs Fuels is facing criminal charges. It states that the company worked with multiple scrap yards across Ca. and had been doing it for over a decade, making the company thousands of dollars. According to J. D. Power gasoline has a shelf life of around 6 months, it’s unclear how old the fuel was. Lamb’s employees aren’t only being charged with conspiracy to transport fuels, without a permit, they’re also being charged with illegally treated and hazardous waste. (Wonder what we are buying.)
