SRG has sent out a message about the reduction of strength of water stream. They are working on the water tank and this will take a couple of weeks to get it back up to normal! If you have further questions, call the office.

December 7th Downtown Forest is having their 4th Annual “Passport to Santa.” This will start at 8.30 a.m. until 12 p.m.
My thanks to Diane McLaurin, Forest Public Library, for the “Ancestry” discussion this past Saturday. Gene Walker shared his work on his family, back several generations. He has done a very good study. I know he has spent many, many hours searching. (I tried this, found out quick it was not my calling.)
Several weeks back, a transfer truck wrecked and burned on Instate 20. The driver suffered burns and was transported to Jackson. While in route he pleaded that someone would get his Service Dog’s body out and give it a decent burial. Deputy Coroner, Patricia Woods and Fire Fighter’s recovered its body and Patricia carried it to Forest Animal Hospital in a body Bag for burial. This Disable Veteran wrote a thank you, on Facebook, thanking her for doing his requested deed!
