Robbie Faulk, (my granddaughter, Becky Culpepper’s husband) has been named “Sports Writer” of the Year by the National Sports Media Assn. He covers High School and Mississippi State University Sports, offering the Starkville community an in-depth look at their teams. A BIG congratulations to him for all the time and efforts in doing so!
BRACE UP: Eggs are expected to go “Sky High.” Remember the toilet paper shortage? Many stores now have empty shelves. January 23rd when egg prices were skyrocketed with an average high of $4.82, (according to Forbes) some stores limited how many cartons could be bought. Even thieves are getting in the act, 100,000 eggs were stolen from a trailer in Pennsylvania. They were valued at about $40,000. Brace yourself, predictions are that they will increase 20% more in this year, compared to a 2.2% overall during the last 3 years. Bird Flu has been reported that 145 million birds have been killed in all 50 states. (On this past Friday, Walmart had eggs, but no price was posted.)
Looks like Trump’s Bluffing is working: Canada’s Justin Trudeau caves in to Trump’s demands, to avoid demand of Tariffs! Trump had previously called for Canada to put more money and Law Enforcement on the Border. This was an attempt to stop the flow of Fentanyl from coming across the Border. Trump came to an agreement and has halted all Tariffs until March. This postponement applies to Mexico as well. We just have to wait to see about the other countries that he’s threatened with Tariffs. (Go Trump Go, keep up the good work!)
Elon Musk donates $112 million, of Tesla Stock’s to help the homeless, with special conditions. It will be distributed across several organizations that provide critical services to the homeless, such as shelters, food programs, and job training, education, investment in personal growth — including mental health services, addiction recovery and life coaching. Homeless individuals will be engaged in local community building projects. Musk announced this plan which could help generations of homeless people. Musk’s act could pave the way to get other billionaires to join him!
Laziness has some people believing they have an unfair life. If you do nothing, you will get nothing!
Some people call it multitasking, I call it doing something else until I remember what I was going to do in the first place!
If you have to buy something to put “your stuff” in, you’ve probably got too much “stuff.”
A few possible causes of “brain killing” is cereals with high Fructose corn syrup and aspartame; sugar free yogurt; microwave popcorn; salad dressing that contain artificial colors MSG and sugar free cokes and all sugar free drink’s
