Happy 100th Birthday
Ms. Doris Lasher will be 100 years old on June 5th. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HER, She lives in the the Ringgold community. She was born on June 5th, 1925. She was married to the late O.B. Lasher. They had 1 son, Wayne Lasher, and he is part time caretaker of his mother. She still lives at home and has other caretakers to help out. She is a member of Steele Baptist Church. Just think, she has lived through 17 Presidents, 5 served an additional term. Born before The Great Depression started in 1929-33, and she witnessed the Second World War, as well as other undeclared wars. Just think, she has lived through many, many changes during her 100 years!
You are invited to attend her reception on Thursday, June 5, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 2 PM, at her home — 1960 Ringgold Rd. Forest. A Birthday cake, coffee and tea will be provided. Everyone is invited to stop by or call 601-469-3655.

Mr Greer led the effort which assured that ALL veterans, laid to rest in our cemetery, are given proper respect and acknowledgment for their service to our country.”
(Note) there are 100 total veterans buried in our cemetery and only 2 were killed in Active Duty. combat. We have 3 veterans buried at Antioch Cemetery.)
