Walmart is still in a mess
I finally decided to place a “Quick Curbside” trip to Forest Walmart. I was mistaken, as prescription drugs were advertised but, at that time, were not available on pickup orders. I had to go in to get the prescription. On my order item was not in stock, but it was shipped from Kentucky and I got it before lunch next day. I’ve heard that this switching turmoil is being done so all Walmart stores will all have the same layout. Hurry up Walmart before customers lose their minds!!!!
Cooking news: Betty Crocker cake mixes and Cookies were 18.25 oz. — now they are 15.25 or 13.25 oz. You have to decrease liquid called for in recipe a little at a time to get the right results or take some mix from another box.
Weather News: “Next week looks drier and they know why. Dust from Africa’s Sahara Dessert will work its way into our skies, presenting a drop in the humidity. Less chance of rain with pretty sunrise and sunsets.” Please let this be correct!
“After earning $25 Million in the AFL, Jason Brown bought First Fruit Farms in Louisville N.C. and since has donated over 1.5 million pounds of food to those in need!
“A truck, in Washington hauling beehives, overturned and released over 250 Million aggressive bees! Locals have been asked to stay indoors as swarms of bees sting anything in their path!”
True friends aren’t the ones that make your problems disappear. They are the ones who won’t disappear when you are facing problems.
A common childhood virus could be silently fueling Alzheimer’s disease, in old age. The Common Cold virus stays in the body for life — quietly dormant in the nerves. Things like stress, illness and injury could trigger it. This same virus, called Herpes simple virus type 1 may have a important role in something far more serious. Alzheimer’s disease and Shingle vaccine had only a slight higher risk of developing Dementia, yet those who had the vaccine were less likely to develop Dementia at all. The link between Cold Sores and memory loss may help us understand and eventually find a cure!
Have a blessed week and share it!
