It recently came to our attention here at Legacy that several individuals lost their trailers/mobile homes because they were not aware of the tax laws regarding payment of taxes on personal property. If you reside in a mobile home, please be aware of this law. Unlike the redemption period for land, the period for mobile homes/trailers is one year. Contact the Tax Assessor’s Office at 601-469-4051 for additional information.
