We, the members of Forest Wine and Spirits intend to make application for a Package Retailer Permit. As provided for by the Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws, 67-1-1, et., seq., of Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated. If granted such permit, We propose to operate as a Trident 3 Co-operation under the trade name Forest Wine and Spirits located at 232 Woodland Drive North, Forest, MS, 39074.
Praful Patel, of 6145 I-55 North, Jackson, MS 39213 is the owner and member of the said business listed above. If any person wishes to request a hearing to object to the issuance of this permit a request for a hearing must be made in writing and received by the Dept. of Revenue within 15 days from the 1st date this notice was published.
