Nancy Pauline Faulkner, age 73, a resident of Lena, MS, died on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at her residence.
Funeral services were conducted at 11 am, Friday, January 26, 2024, from the chapel of Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Forest, MS, with internment in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Carthage, MS. Visitation was held from 6 pm-8 pm Thursday, January 25th and from 10 am-11 am Friday, January 26th at the funeral home. Bro. Donnie Stuart officiated.
Mrs. Faulkner was born in Plattsburgh, New York on December 16, 1950, to her parents Harold Sherwood Soper and Martha Vass Soper. She has been a resident of Lena, MS for the past 51 years and was a member of the Catholic faith. She worked at Raytheon as a supply chain metric data analyst until the time of her retirement. Mrs. Faulkner will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Dr. Thomas Soper; and her grandson, Brett Alexander White.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Clarence “Dennis” Faulkner; her three children: Michelle Denson (Jim) of Madison, MS; Jessica Moss (Keith) of Carthage, MS; and Amanda Guy (Chris) of Forest, MS; her brother, Richard Soper of Plattsburgh, NY; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Serving as pallbearers were: Logan White, Austin Moss, Brandon Russell, Aiden Guy, Justin Guy, and Will Denson. Honorary pallbearers were Michael Faulkner and James Brandon Russell Jr.
