Stay Alert
As we live very busy, working and/or using the social network, or watching the news to be aware of what is happening around us, many do not have time to visualize order and peace to dispel the darkness that hides the light of the Lord. Living that way brings life-altering consequences producing anxiety, depression, and pessimism that hinder solutions to get out of a chaotic world. Faced with this reality, we should be alert because the eternal enemy of God does not rest and is always on the lookout.
“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ will himself restore, confirm, strengthen and establish you. 1 Peter 5: 8-10 ESV.
To be sober in our confrontation with Satan we must govern our interior and exterior with moderation of our appetites. In this world, this implies not falling into addiction to smartphones and an excessive use of the social network, since all systems were and are created with the aim of attracting more and more followers, regardless of morality and privacy that should exist in everything.
At present there is what is called Captology, which is known as behavior design and which inherits behavioral psychology and behavioral sciences. The mega-companies that dominate the digital field use Captology a lot, having more and more technicians sophisticated and subtle hackers that hack into the brain in order to take advantage of our human weaknesses. It is one of the reasons why more and more programs appear on the screens of our phones, laptops, and tablets. Everything is duly planned software to motivate behaviors. When you open your digital device it is the moment in which our Christian principles and values must be alert and not be seduced and led to inappropriate behaviors for believers.
The satanic spirit is violent and its only objective is to separate us from the love and peace that possessing the Holy Spirit implies. In recent years, killings and armed attacks of people whose personality is typical of someone who possesses hatred and resentment and who is obviously possessed by the devil, have become frequent. Any policy that does not control in a proper and rational way the possession of firearms, is reflecting a debauchery that does not fit with the true freedom that God has given us.
May God bless you.
