Friends and Family Day
I visited Bill Bradford at his home. He was cheerful and talkative. We did have some great conversations. Please remember him and his wife in your prayers.
On Sunday, August 17, 2025 we will start the day with Friends and Family Day. We will be honoring the two oldest ladies in the church which is Elize “Janie” White McClendon and Sollie White Smith. This year we are also honoring a man. That man is Thomas Wilson. If you know any of these people show you care by coming and attending their celebration.
Revival will start on Monday night with Rev. Jarvis Rush, the pastor of Lone Pilgrim M. B. Church. Tuesday night it will be Rev. Eric Jones of Bethlehem M. B. Church. The final night which is Wednesday night the speaker will be Rev. Cory Bender of Midway Freewill Baptist Church.
Very glad to have Tom Wilson home from St. Dominic Hospital. He took a vacation there for over a week. His wife the old standby for her loved ones was there with him every day. Very glad to have him home.
