Glad and Thankful for my sons
Glad to see my son Marty Shepard home for a few days. He is always a joy to have at home.
Thankful to my son Ryan Shepard for his devoted work in aiding me in my now a day journey. His knowledge is great. We split hairs sometimes on compassion but we are making it.
Sympathy to the Futch and Wilson Families in the passing of Mrs. Jarutha Futch Wilson (November 26, 1934 – December 4, 2025). Her service was will be December 13, 2025 at 11:00 am at Lone Pilgrim M. B. Church located at 1023 Lone Pilgrim Road, Forest, MS. Evans Memorial Funeral Home was entrusted with her arrangements.
Sympathy to the Robinson family in the passing of Emmanuel Robinson (February 26, 2003 – November 28, 2025). His service was last Saturday at Greater Corinth M. B. church in Newton, MS. His service was entrusted to Evans Memorial Funeral Home.
Sympathy to the Ficklin family in the passing of Robert Glen Ficklin (January 15, 1958 – November 29, 2025 2025). His service was last Saturday at Mapp Funeral Home Chapel. His interment was New Chapel UMC Cemetery. Final arrangements were entrusted to Mapp Funeral Home.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a daughter, Robin (Justin) Porter of Homewood, Mississippi; a sister, Dorothy (David) Lofton of Homewood, Mississippi; two aunts, Edna Earl Loper of Poplarville, Mississippi and Annie Lois Holmes of Forest, Mississippi; a very special person, Shellie Epting of Morton, Mississippi; six grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
