Back to School Kickoff
Congratulations to Nathaniel “Nath” Walter Sylvester Nickols on his christening into the church on last Sunday at Midway M. B. Church by Rev. Wesley Griffin. Attending were the parents Rev. Tevin and Jessica Hines Nickols. The grandparents, Brenda McBeath Nickols and Rev. Walter and Mozell Hines, great grandparent, Mandy McBeath, uncles, aunts, great aunts and uncles, and many other cousins were present.
Saturday, July 27, 2024 Back to School Kickoff and Career day from 12:00 – 4:00 pm at Midway M. B. Church Fellowship Hall. To receive the Back to School items, you must have registered your child and your child must be present to obtain the supplies. Marrsa Choice is in charge of the program.
The NAACP Political Voter Education Seminar will be held on July 27, 2024 at 9:00 am at Midway M. B. Church Fellowship Hall.
On Tuesday August 8, 2024 the pastor Rev. Wesley Griffin will be delivering the message at New Friendship M. B. Church in Walnut Grove. Rev. Flowers is the pastor. On August 11, 2024 is the 6th year Pastor’s Anniversary starting at 2:00 pm. The colors this year are blue (navy or royal) with yellow.
