On Tuesday August 6, 2024 the pastor Rev. Wesley Griffin will be delivering the message at New Friendship M. B. Church in Walnut Grove. Rev. Flowers is the pastor.
On August 11, 2024 is the 6th year Pastor’s Anniversary starting at 2:00 pm. The colors this year is blue (navy or royal) with yellow.
On Sunday. August 18, 2024 is Homecoming/Family and Friends Sunday. The two oldest members of the church will be honored.
They are Janie White McClendon and Trudy Stowers Denson. They both are Stowers cousins. Hope their families will come out and help celebrate this special occasion for these ladies. Prayerfully these ladies will be showered with many monetary gifts of love. Their Christmas will be in August.
Sympathy to the Harris Family in the passing of Derrick Dewayne Harris. His service was last Saturday in Holifield Funeral Home Chapel. Holifield Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
