NATIONAL SUMMARY
A potent storm in the middle of the country will bring a
variety of hazards tomorrow including both snow and
tornadoes. On the severe weather side of things, dangerous
thunderstorms will range from southern Minnesota and
Wisconsin down to northeastern Texas. These thunderstorms
will bring the risk for damaging winds, hail, flooding and
tornadoes. On the other side of the storm, heavy snow and
strong winds will create blizzard conditions from
northwestern Nebraska into western and northern Minnesota.
There will also be a little bit of ice at the cross section
of the winter and severe weather, mainly from central
Minnesota to northern Michigan. There will still be a lot of
snow and snow showers across the Rockies as well. It will be
very windy across New Mexico and into the southern Plains.
