damaging winds, primarily from eastern Pennsylvania

damaging wind gusts can accompany heavy downpours and
thunderstorms across western and central New York and
north-central Pennsylvania. Much-needed rain will move
farther east from northern New Jersey eastward through
southern Rhode Island at night. Rain and showers can linger
in the Ohio Valley, while showers of rain and snow rotate
