NATIONAL SUMMARY
Thunderstorms tomorrow and tomorrow night will have the
potential to become severe yet again from the southern
Plains toward the western Gulf Coast, with hail, significant
flash flooding in spots and even tornadoes all possible from
the Texas Panhandle through much of Louisiana and southern
Arkansas. Areas of rain and thunderstorms will extend as far
to the north as the Ohio Valley, with wet weather reaching
as far to the east as the Delmarva Peninsula. Showers also
will follow a disturbance across the Upper Midwest and
mainly the northern zones of the Great Lakes. Spotty rain
and snow showers can be expected through much of the Pacific
Northwest. Areas from the Southwest to the central Plains,
and also New England, will be mainly dry, with rain and snow
in New Mexico.
