The Nation's Weather for Thursday, July 21, 2022
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
Thunderstorms with the potential to produce flash flooding
and damaging winds can affect much of New England tomorrow.
A second area of drenching and gusty storms is expected from
central and southern Virginia and the southern Delmarva
through central and eastern North Carolina, western and
central South Carolina, northern Georgia and a small sliver
of north-central Alabama and central Mississippi. Heat will
continue in the central and southern Plains, although
temperatures will be slightly lower than recent days. The
highest temperatures are likely to be in the Desert
