The Comforter
Good Morning/Evening!
Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away. Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:8
How many times have we pleaded (prayed) for God to just STOP the pain or ease any suffering in our lives? I know I have many times, but I thank Him that He showed up in ways that made me strong enough to see Him in my situation not just the situation. God is my everything, that’s what we say a lot. So He tests our faith and trust in Him at times by walking us through the trials instead of just removing them. Then we can witness to others about the Power of God in our weaknesses. There is always Hope, but we have to stop focusing on the problem and Praise God in the problem. We have no strength except in Him.
Every night, we go to sleep without a guarantee of living tomorrow, yet we set our alarm to wake up. THAT’S HOPE!
