Don’t give up

Church isn’t just a place — it’s your people, chosen and adopted into the family of Christ. As believers we are the church. Life is hard. We weren’t meant to go it alone. The doors are always open for us to come together in worship with each other; to hear the Word and grow in faith, realizing our purpose. We should ask God to search our hearts and align our will with His. God is a God of new Beginnings. There will be times of mistakes and falling short, but He is there for us, never giving up on us. So please don’t give up on God in any circumstances!
On Saturday, October 25th we attended a Women’s Conference held at Murray Temple Church of God in Christ in Lone Pilgrim; sponsored by Missionary Katie Frazier. Speakers were Missionary Clara Thompson, Alternative Ministries-Jackson, MS; Missionary Johnnie Wheaton, New Life COGIC-Montrose, MS; Spirit-filled women of God. It was a wonderful fellowship and enjoyed by all. Thanks to Sis. Annie Odom for the invitation.
We are in continued intercessory prayers for all the sick and shut-ins everywhere, the grieving families, the hurricane and tornado victims. And especially for our LEADERS!!!
