Benefit for Jack Mayatt, cancer patient’s, medical expenses. Jack is Jana Culpepper Mayatt’s husband of Collinsville, Ms. (Jana is Janet and Harry Culpepper’s daughter.). Due to the severity and urgent need of additional treatment, the Culpepper and Gordy families have set up a benefit to help with medical expense and monthly travel to Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tennessee. Tickets are being sold for a Valentine 4 day, 3 nights stay in 3 bedroom, two bath, Phoenix 1 Condo, with beach view, Orange Beach, Al. Tickets are priced at $20 each or 6 for $100.
