Mrs. Allie Sue Croxton, 88, of Forest, MS passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020 while surrounded by her family at her Forest, MS home. Visitation was held on Monday, February 24, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS. A second visitation was held on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 10:00 AM until 10:50 AM at Ephesus Baptist Church in Forest with the Funeral Services at 11:00 AM. Rev. Chris Harrison and Rev. Larry Duncan officiated. Interment followed the services at Ephesus Baptist Cemetery.
Sue was born on December 1, 1931 to the late James and Eva Harrison. She chose to live a simple life dedicated to loving her family. Sue was of the Baptist faith and was a Member of Ephesus Baptist Church in Forest, MS, where she enjoyed being a part of the Church Family.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her loving husband, Huron G. Croxton, who passed away in 2002; as well as 2 sons-in-law, Michael Rigdon and Billy Rhinewalt. She is survived by her daughters; Linda Rigdon of Forest, Gail (Jackie) Calhoun of Forest, Judy Rhinewalt of Forest and Debbie (Andy) McGee of Morton; 9 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren with one more expected soon and her brother, Lamar (Jennie) Harrison of Forest.
Serving as pallbearers were Kim Pace, Mike Pace, Joe Lee Warren, Neal Warren, Jimmy Harrison and Eddie Harrison.
